A FRIENDLY PEER GROUP EXPLORING WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Become more confident in managing your health and wellbeing and making healthier lifestyle choices in this FREE six-week course, led by a Health Connector and Healthy Lifestyles Co-ordinator. 
 
Whether it’s moving more, getting more sleep, or finding better balance in your life, the key is to start small. 
 
This course will help you identify what’s important to you and your health, and guide you on the small changes you can make to achieve bigger health goals.

Week 2 – Movement 

Week 3 – Sleep 

Week 4 – Healthier Eating 

Week 5 – Emotional Wellbeing 

Week 6 – Social Connection
